  3. Hi, i lift weights, and just begin to train muay thai on bag for cardio, but i respect the art and tradition, so i want to do it right, so thank you for these tips. I will definnitelly gonna use them.

  4. Awesome techniques and suggestions! I thought I was the only one visualizing the bag is a person and do defensive moves!! Lol. I have come to the conclusion that everyone is taller than me, so I always hit eye level or higher for the jab and straight. I like the fact that you think outside the box at every perspective, to enable a person to be situationally aware and anticipating offensive moves and practice defense.

  6. Hey! I'm newbie here and been training with your videos since all covid19 shit started. I do Kendo and wanna get involved in Muay Thai and learn other martial art to get better conditioning and mental state when it comes to a combat. Any suggestions for warming up?

I'm 2m tall and if I am to hit the bag at my eye level the bag is soft there ( I have it hanging at least 20cm off the ground and the bag is 180cm + 30ish cm of chains) so I hate or rather not enjoy these high punches as it's too soft, compared to liver punches where bag is hard. It's a quality leather bag so do I need it even higher ?
